I used to love parcel locker and had used this service many types in other suburbs.
But the Claremont branch is the most horrible so far. Inconsistent service, some days I could collect on behalf of family who lives in same household with proof of documents, some days I was rejected. It depends on who you get and wasted my long trips many times.
The last one was I never received the notification to collect, and nor did I get any reminder. The item is now returned to sender but Australia post website has not status update since a month ago.
Just horrible and inconvenient process.
