Dry Coat

Dry Coat™ Rust Preventative is a water-based liquid RP for ferrous metals and represents a significant advancement in corrosion prevention technology. Dry Coat™ is a user-friendly replacement for solvent and oil-based corrosion inhibitors. At ambient conditions this clear protective coating will dry-to-touch within 20 minutes. Unlike sticky or tacky products, Dry Coat™ does not attract dirt or dust on metal parts. It is safe to use on ferrous metals and stainless steel and will not harm most elastomers or plastics.

Metal Rescue Rust Removal Range

Metal Rescue® Rust Remover BATH is your clean, safe and easy solution to removing rust from iron and steel. Metal Rescue BATH utilizes a unique and selective chelating agent to remove rust (iron oxide) without posing any health, safety or environmental concerns. Metal Rescue BATH is safe on everything except rust! Just Soak, Check, Rinse/Dry. It’s THAT easy! Metal Rescue® Rust Remover GEL is a cleaner, safer and easier rust remover for iron and steel. Metal Rescue GEL is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and contains no harmful or corrosive acids, alkalis or solvents. Metal Rescue GEL is formulated to cling to metal, making it ideal for use on vertical surfaces, spot rust, or rust on hard-to-reach areas. GEL formula also allows for pinpoint use—apply only where needed to eliminate waste. Just apply, wrap, and remove!

Desiccants

ARMOR is the complete source for corrosion management products. In addition to vapor corrosion inhibitors, ARMOR supplies desiccants (sometimes mis-spelled as dessicants) in clay Tyvek®, Silica Gel Tyvek® and Clay Sewn Cloth. Desiccants are drying agents used to control the humidity levels inside a container. Through the process of adsorption, ARMOR desiccants work in conjunction with our VCI nanotechnology to eliminate corrosion and rust on metal surfaces.

Emitters

ARMOR SHIELD® emitting technologies are carriers of ARMOR’s proprietary vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) Nanotechnology™. These emitters come in various forms from foam to chipboard and can be used as emitters or as cushioning for sensitive products.

VCI Paper

ARMOR WRAP® VCI papers utilize our proprietary VCI Nanotechnology™, and are essential to keeping your shipments, stored items, and in-process metals protected and corrosion-free for years. ARMOR WRAP® VCI papers are impregnated on BOTH sides, unlike most competitors’ one-sided products. No guess work here! Two-sided protection is a benefit you’ll receive only from ARMOR.

VCI Film

ARMOR POLY® VCI films combine the benefit of barrier packaging with anti-corrosion protection in an easy to use form allowing for safe, clean, easy and dry packaging of metal products.
