We were waiting for like more than 45 mins to pay for the parking fee, we’re just coming back from Bunbury that day by train. Exhausted and tiring, while we couldn’t get assistance from intercom (what the sign tells us to do if the office is unattended). Can you imagine like the officer literally said”sorry I can’t help you”? What’s the point for the sign then? It was so frustrated!
