Had to go and get a blood test had to fast 12 hours.. got here just after 11.. was waiting for 20mins noticed that no one was coming in or out of the room so I asked the lady at the desk.. lady went to go and ask.. was told that she was close.. but on google and the door said closing time was midday..

Second time waiting for a blood test! 1st time waited 1hr and had to leave! Second time waited and hour and 45mins with a toddler! I needed bloods done and already waited so long! The lady that came at 12:30 to take over was absolutely lovely and had to come from another centre! The lady before her took 20mins per person (yes I timed because what else do you do when you wait 1hr and 45mins with a toddler)
