Slow. Inept. Rude.
Signage says they accept all referrals but after waiting 40 minutes at opening time the older woman on duty then told me that my Path West referral (basic antenatal blood test) was not accepted and that I needed to go to King Edward Hospital or that she would need to privately bill me and that it would be "very expensive". King Edward Hospital and my midwife have both since advised that this is not correct in the slightest.
