Walked in with a smile and a hello, the lady at the desk didnt say a word, just raised her eyebrows at me like, "yes?". I was directed to go in a room where a client was before me, as I'm standing at the door, the blood collector (English lady, I think) didnt say a word, looked me in the eye and just closed the door in my face. Didn't even say "just a moment / take a seat...", nothing.
