Went to get a blood test and the young nurse was probably the best I’ve experienced. I need a blood test every 6 weeks so I’ve experienced my fair share of nurses. She was so quick and gentle to the find the vein, barely felt a thing.
Worst clinipath experience ever. The Asian lady ( and I am Asian too) ,was rude, acted like everything was a great inconvenience to her.
First, her response to my questions about payment for one of the pricey tests was " Oh I don't know, there is a billing department and a posting department and I don't know how it works."
Secondly I asked for copies of test results to be posted to me. She rolled her eyes, sighed and repeated a few times about the inconvenience about filling out what turned out to be a short, one page form. I think she told me 3 times that I needed to ask my Dr to check the box requiring copy to client. She totally ignored my explanation that it was my first time at a new Dr after 25 yrs of going to the same Dr who always copied test results to me.
Thirdly, I never received any test results so I had to attend my Dr's appointment knowing nothing about my test results, so who knows what happened to the form I signed.
Very unpleasant experience. ????
