Got in and was seen to very quickly this time (on a Wednesday afternoon). It gets busy on Saturdays but I believe you can call and make appointments for some kinda of tests to minimise waiting. Covid testing is in the next building over.

They are always short staffed but that's a government funding problem, nothing to do with the staff themselves.

The service and blood draws have always been as gentle as possible and the staff are kind and professional.
