I called the day before to let them know I needed to have a glucose tolerance test done and was advised no bookings could be made but just to turn up first thing in the morning. After fasting for 12 hours I was first at the door but was turned away because they didn't have the drink needed for the test. Disappointed to have to find another clinic to go to. Would have been great if they checked their stock levels when I called.
