I had Blood taken yesterday on my form Doctor ordered I have a have a butter fly zip because I have Needle phobia, the lady read my notes and she told me dosent believe in useing the butterfly won't be going back to Clinpath again I rang around dose offer the butter fly so going to see them instead
Booked an appointment here for paediatric bloods (2.5yo) after I was told on the phone they would be able to do them at this location. When I arrived the girl was nice but didn’t really know what to do, an older lady came in and told her to assess his veins first. My son has had so many blood tests that I know it would be fine. She assessed his veins - all good but still needed to call help desk to check a test. The older lady came back and said better if we go to SA Path where he had the last blood test and basically pushed us out the door. I work in medical and I know it’s not hard to get a report sent for comparison from another company. Quite angry and disappointed
