whomever the collector was on duty today December 16th, is NOT a good face or representative of Clinipath company. No name badge, no hand sanitising... He refused to perform a test, trying to tell me it was to be a 'supervised' test (urine), when I knew (as well as three of my colleagues currently in industry) that it would be unsupervised (I've recently trained in industry) as well as previous attempt (Clinipath) clinic also agreed it would be unsupervised.
THEN when I insisted on my request form be returned to me, so that we could leave, (I was in there as guardian to my son having the tests) he neglected to hand back at my request... and then had the nerve to become argumentative and abusive (fat shaming) to me when I told him Clinipath had lost a customer... yes, part of the purpose of running these clinics is customer service... to obtain and retain customers... Medicare may pay the bill, but we are still customers...
Therefore, Medicare will be paying another Pathology Service for this testing to be done - unsupervised.
