The staff was friendly, but the management of West Pathology should change the address when they relocate . So , the 74 McCoy is closed , the nearest is only 200 m away on 9 Hayden Street. Annoyingly enough , when one googles Western Diagnostic , it does not pop up on Google map . Another annoying thing in Australia is the lack of street names on buildings a day quite often no building number.
Very irresponsible staff. I have contacted them 3 times regarding reissuing my pathology receipt. It's been more than a month now and they still haven't send it. Whenever I call them they would say that it would be send by 3 to 5 days and nothing have happened so far. Getting really frustrated with their service.
