Ridiculously long wait time
Over 1.5 hours to go through 3 patients.
I came in at 7:30am, didn’t get seen until 9:10am.
I absolutely dread and fear going to have my blood taken, so I was extremely happy about the experience I had today! I did not have to wait long at all, and after my number was called I think that the lady could tell that I was really nervous.....
She was So Lovely , Friendly and Kind to me that she somehow got me to relax and continued to reassure me right before and also during the actual blood test. Which ended up being quick and painless!!
Highly recommended and I will come back to see her for all my future appointments
