Do not recommend this company or Norwood branch. If I could leave no stars for this awful company I would. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience . The opening hours are ridiculous and if you work don’t bother trying this company as it would be impossible to get a blood test done in work hours. The waiting time was huge! Everyone moved at a glacial pace. To add insult to injury, I now have to go get another blood test today because they didn’t take enough blood yesterday ! I clearly said, make sure you take enough vials so I don’t have to do this again before surgery. Yet they didn’t take enough blood, probably because the blood was slow flowing, they couldn’t be bothered waiting for it. It was really painful, moving the needle around in my arm to get the blood going and the pathology person was painfully slow. For someone with a phobia about needles this is quite traumatic and having very small veins damaged by chemotherapy makes it so much harder.
