Don't even bother with this place. They very rarely answer their phones and don't return voice mails. One of the only times I could get through was a few weeks ago, a lady answered that just said "Hello Pathwest", I then started to explain what I wanted to book in for and she cut me off and said "I'm busy can you just wait?", then just put the phone down (not even on hold). I was waiting for 5 minutes, and then was hung up on. I managed to finally book an appointment with them after calling back a few times after that, but unfortunately couldn't attend due to the COVID lock down. I've been trying to call over the last 3 days but each time no one answers my calls or returns my voicemails. I've since called Pathwest in Kelmscott who answered straight away and had great customer service.
