Busy busy centre. If you're fasting try going a bit later ... make sure you eat later in the night (and keep drinking your water unless you're told not to cos the collectors can get your blood easier) but don't go over about 12 hours - because a lot of people come here early. There are toilets here and water to drink.
Have used Clinpath services accross Adelaide including Victoria but unfortunately attended this clinic this morning first time and was terribly Dissapointed by the customer service I received this morning.
Because i didnt know what the procedure was for entry
Didn't get seen as a staff member deemed me aggressive which I wasn't after trying to explain no signage in front entry.
I work in customer service in Government Dept and if i spoke to my clients in this way and blame the new girl? (first day) not knowing what was required was unacceptable (wasnt her fault!) Id be sacked.
Have complained to head office informing them of my visit.
Never again will i attend this site and would prefer another provider not Clinpath
