Over an hour wait with two staff roster on for Saturday morning. People are being called in at a VERY slow rate. At least three people have left, one of which arrived well before I did and his number still has not been called.
Edit: Total wait time: 1 hour 45 minutes for a 5 minute blood draw.
One of the staff members came out to call numbers and when people didn't show as they had left she had the temerity to make a joke saying that it was bad bingo. She was told that a lot of people had left. They literally went from number 4 to 16 in less than 5 minutes.
No apology, no explanation.
