Really poor customer service, still communicating with fax and letters. Unnecessarily over complicated payment system. Read the fine print or even better,, go somewhere else if you can.

Good Afternoon
I refer to your email regarding the alleged outstanding accounts.
I find it totally incredulous that the operation took place 23/10/2019 yet by your own words the first invoice I received for payment was in December 2020. On asking you for a reason why it has taken some 14 months to contact me you blatantly stated
you were not employed then and you can’t or won’t answer my questions.
Due to your dogmatic approach I asked to speak to your supervisor you refused saying that you were it, something I find hard to believe with the attitude you display towards alleged clients.
I don’t believe I owe this money to your company due to the fact as previously stated it took 14 months to send me an alleged invoice. I would like answers to my questions and proof this invoice is outstanding.
Can I also suggest servility costs nothing and if you speak to people in a certain manner you can expect it in return
