About Pastry Perfection
Pastry Perfection started from humble beginnings in a tiny commercial kitchen on Blaxland Road Ryde in 1996.
The vision for Pastry Perfection was to provide cakes and desserts that exceed expectations, and to grow the business to a significant size over time, whilst also maintaining the consistency of all the product range. We relocated to 17 Mobbs Lane Carlingford in 2003, expanding the retail business and also online cake delivery business.
We bake fresh on premises 7 days per week the very best cakes, desserts and savoury pastries including a range of gluten free, dairy free and vegan items. We also deliver to our customers Sydney wide in refrigerated delivery vehicles Monday to Saturday. Thank you to all our very regular customers!
