Very very disappointed????. Went to pick up my son's pre ordered cake & they said they gave it to someone else. They then said they would make it up in 30mins. It did not look great as was a rushed job. Half his name was missing & the icing was not good quality. They still charged me full price. When I went to cut the cake at the party it was the complete wrong flavour. They knew this & never told me. My son did not even enjoy his own Bday cake as he couldnt eat the custard. I'm not coming back here again which is such a shame because there were really good reviews.
