Dr Hock was great. He was very kind and gentle with my son, talking to him and being patient with him. He was very thorough and listened to all our concerns. We didn’t feel rushed and felt heard as parents.
Didn't get to see Dr Chua, but process to try and see him was a complete waste of time. Appalling communication. Sent the referral in Sept, no reply. Followed up to ask, they asked me to send it. Advised I had already, was asked to send it again. Had tried calling but no answer. Then (early Oct by now) response was 'he's busy until the new year, will be in touch at a later date'. 3 weeks later I asked if I'd be contacted this year about it, response was that "Dr Chua is reviewing all referrals received and our office will be in contact with a day and time for your appointment". I believe I got a call early Nov, but the line was so bad I asked them to call back the next day. I missed that call from the same number ("Prichard Michael G"). I emailed to ask if they'd been trying to contact me, and no reply. I just got a call from my doctor saying they've contacted them to say they can't help me. What a total waste of time! 2.5mths to figure that out
