Retrain your staff in basic customer service. You lost a sale today, we were in the middle of being served and were clearly still requiring the servers help when she just walked off to have a social chat with another staff member on the other side... so unbelievably rude so we just walked away! will never shop there again. And from other reviews I can see we are not alone in our experience.
