We solely specialise in weight training (aka body building) and nutrition. But we go even deeper. This specialty extends to 100% bodybuilding and total body overhauls, fitness nutrition for the active lifestyle + fat loss. In addition to that, we cater to seriously motivated individuals that want to look fantastic, toned, muscular, lean and total awesome! The founder and head coach, Kev, has over 30 years lifting experience (yes, 30 years 🙂) and founded Spartan PT way back in 2011. All training sessions are by Appointment Only.
