I went to Jackson to improve my strength and fitness and overall lifestyle. He made a big impact in a short period of time. He was flexible with hours which is perfect for myself who works long hours. After doing several personal workouts with him, I then approached him to help out by running a preseason program with my current cricket club. This was a 10 week block of training, it definitely helped massively. I personally lost 10kgs and improved massively in my running abilities. So if it’s a group training or personal training your after Jacksons your man. All it takes is to make the first step in approaching Jackson and he’ll do the rest!
