I am passionate about creating a world where pain is treated holistically and I have spent over a decade researching and supporting people through the power of movement. ⠀ I am fascinated by finding the “WHY” the true root cause. I am never satisfied by just treating the site of pain but focus my attention on discovering the origin of the problem that leads to the pain. This has led me to explore and prove with hundreds of clients that improved movement is possible and pain doesn’t have to dictate your life.
