They overcharged a customer in front of me. Very slow service, the cashier has to use calculator. They put two of 2.5 dollars tags under the drink actual cost is 4.5 dollars which I bought two. I was suggest that it is Very confusing for customers by putting the wrong tags on a product. She just totally ignored, She didn't say “thank you, “or “sorry “at all. I even said thank you to her, she didn't say anything back.
This service doen’t show any respect to customer and show their poor capabilities of manage products and employee.
Accounting to consumer law, put a wrong tag or price on the products are a misleading to consumers or conduct a fault by seller. Surely they owe me a apology.
