Used to be a regular stop for us but has gone downhill.
Toilets were dreadful - public toilets on the route were significantly better. They were filthy and full of mozzies. Considering they now require people to buy something to use them, you think that they would clean them! Especially as it was quiet when we got there, so no idea why they were in that state (both mens and womens were bad - and my hubby never complains about the toilets).
Petrol not that cheap anymore and food isn't worth it. Won't be stopping by in the future - there's better options within a short distance.
Upon entering the premises I noticed no pricing on any of the items
I took an item to the checkout to ask for the price once scanned I was told a price I then proceeded to get a few more items and returned to the register to find the cashier had gone on break another person was at the register
They manually entered each item in the system and when I was told the price I thought it sounded a bit high for the couple items I purchased I asked for the receipt and found the original item was a lot higher then the scanned price I was told I explained the issue and was told the original cashier was wrong so I asked for a refund he explained he already put it in the system then after more discussion reluctantly said give me the $2 back from the change I gave you and I will give you the refund as I drove away down the road I realized he short changed me again.
Tourists beware this place is a ripoff as it’s a long drive and your probably drowsy making you a easy target
