Absolutely disgusting treatment by the unfriendly staff. I moved back home, from interstate, new to this area, and have no regular, decent doctor atm. These people made me feel less than human, EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Don't waste your time here if you are asthmatic, they take at least 15 mins and 15 questions later, record your name ect, question me because I don't have a dr yet, my son needs it also, his asthma is triggered by his hay fever allergies, still they play god over ventolin ...I ended up walking out on the weekend without the ventolin after 15 mins of interrogation, in front of other customers too I might add....before I had an anxiety attack from the treatment I recieve there. ALL FOR AN OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATION!!! We do all the right things to manage my asthma, but this chemist will judge you and treat you with the least respect, ive EVER seen from a chemist. I though it was just me.....until I read the other google reviews. Absolutely horrid people work there. The also give generic brands ive NEVER had before, said other pharmacies have it as well, but never in 15 years of taking this medication have I never seen this generic brand they gave me. I hate this chemist, honestly avoid it if you can.
