I waited there for about 5 minutes before someone would attend to me for the collection of a parcel from eBay (they are one of the collection points). The girls were chatting with customers, showing baby photographs and ignoring me, until another older staff Tracey came over. Then she couldn't find the parcel and I tried to show her my ID twice, and another time, after collecting my parcel. I really hope they would improve their service and concentrate on the job for which they are employed. Steven
