The customer service of pharmacy student was good. She was polite and guided me for my prescribed medicine. However i was told to wait for 10 minutes and i was fine with it then another customer walked in (i assume someone of the pharmacists friend or family) and the pharmacist served them first while I was just waiting after 15 minutes I asked how long it would take and I was told to wait for 5 more minutes you are first in line for the medicine and I was in pain with that sore throat.I still waited because I needed that medicine. After 20 minutes of me waiting I was then told to wait for 15 more minutes are you kidding me.Too disappointed waste of not only my time but also I had to go through all this when i was in pain. I walked out and I am not coming back again.
Customer service is a flop. I was looking for a specific vitamin when a staff named Maria approached me and ask me if I needed help. However, instead of helping me, I felt she was not assisting me rather interrogating me. Her voice is nowhere near being nice. I got so frustrated and ended up going to to a different pharmacy in carousel where I was able to get the vitamins without the feeling of being judge.
