Always friendly and very helpful! Really like going there even though it is slightly more expensive but convenient not leaving town.
I am a capel local and have been shopping here for several years. I will not set foot in here again until a certain female pharmacist has been moved on. She has no sense of tact, perfectly happy to talk very loudly about my personal business while the whole shop can hear. She is also perfectly happy faffing about chatting and joking and ignoring the line of customers waiting to get their scripts. Zero time management. The prices are higher than most other shops but that’s not unusual for a small town. If the director/owner reads this, she is losing you money!
