Arrived at the pharmacy for what I thought would be a quick script pick up. After waiting over 25 minutes, I decided to ask about my script, it was sitting on the shelf ready for collection and nobody bothered to alert me that my script was ready. Because of this, I was late for my appointment. Staff here are incompetent and need better training.
