Went to chemist to check if there is a fax from top end under my name but they couldnt find it. Confuse n furious of the situation, I asked so what can I do? The Pharmacist replied, "so what do you expect me to do?" . Better go back to study on how to serve customer, especially sick people. Systems that confusing for customers has been an issue, so better train the staffs properly on how to do a proper customer service, especially to people who are experiencing their hard time/ not in a good condition. Very disappointing, deserve 0 star on customer service.
