I visited Tery White's in Bluff Point to fill some prescriptions but found one of my scripts needed renewing as I had run out of repeats. (I explained that I would get in touch with my GP to renew the script on Monday as the practice was closed for the weekend.) After being told by the lady that served me that "As long as I had purchased the item in the past and it showed on their records that I should be able to pick up the prescription". After waiting for my other 2 scripts to be filled the pharmacist informed me that although they had records of me obtaining the script in the past - she cannot and would not fill the script as I "had not been shopping there month after month". She then went on to say that she was happy to fill the other 2 prescriptions, which I promptly declined. I am going to make further enquiries to establish if it was actually illegal for Terry White's to fill the script or was it just plain meanness on behalf of the pharmacist? (Because, strangely I have had the exact same script given to me in the past - on the promise of providing a doctors prescription later). Note: I had to give one star rating in order to make a comment, otherwise I would have rated the pharmacist zero stars.
