me husband had bad experience in the customer service only the lady name seira was not good and andrew was very good to us and some of my i had a chat two couple and another one lady had had bad experience of customer service that lady hope she change her bad customer service today i have to take my friend to esperance to buy the important medication of her husband because she band to buy a medicine here so i feel

Zero customer service skills. Abused my wife when she asked told them she would buy a brand they were out of stock of elsewhere. Claimed she wasn't supporting local business and bullied her (his own words) into buying another brand.
Spoke to him on the phone and was told to shut up and listen. Never had an experience this poor in my life. Pharmacists are meant to care about thier customers and community.
