All the staff at this pharmacy are excellent. A special thank to Jessie for her exceptional care and patience looking after all three generations in our family!
I love Koondoola Pharmacy, after chasing Chemist Warehouse for years I'd never again.
The staff are friendly and they remember you by name as you walk in. Long wait times are non existent and their pricing is competitive with Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacy is well presented with available seating for us oldies. It shares the same space as the medical centre and pathology. The convenience of set up and staff was the reason I left my Medical Centre of many years and moved my script files out of CW. I am very happy I made the change. I only live down the road, yet I drove past it for 4 years to drive 25 mins away.
