Can't even witness a signature for a stat dec because she doesn't "feel comfortable". Can't even spent 2 seconds reading the form to figure out her respinsibilities, legally allowed to witness it, only had to verify i'm the right person signing it, just doesn't want to help. I'll never be back here. Complete waste of time.
