Went to Midland Gate today to buy some special perfume for my daughter's 50th birthday.Asked if I could smell the one from $100 and the one from $149.I was given a curt 'No. No apology ,no explanation and no smile.I said I am not paying that price for something I have not smelt.No response ,the short girl stocking the window ,just carried on with what she was doing.A customer behind me said the same thing happened to her recently! Appalling customer service and I shall not shop there again.
