I just called this pharmacy to get a price for a compounded medication for my husband.
They asked for a copy of the script which I didn’t have at the time and asked if I could read the ingredients to them.
The assistant was not happy and mentioned they make lots of items so would prefer the script, I said I understood but just wanted a general price guide so I didn’t have to go through the whole rigmarole. She was annoyed but ‘allowed’ me to read it…
After reading the two active ingredients out she said “there’s got to be something else” and I said “nope that’s it” and she said “well there has to be” and she mentioned about a volume and I said oh ok, “100ml” and she scoffed. I replied and said “can you please not be so rude to me”. She flat out ignored me and just told me the price (which actually was reasonable) I would normally end a phone call saying ok, great thanks so much etc etc but I was actually gobsmacked by how rude this assistant was. If you’re the business owner reading this, this person is not good for your business and you will continue to lose customers with this attitude on your phones. Good luck.
