Been a few times out of necessity. A female staff member questioned whether I had seen a doctor (to treat a rash with OTC meds that are in the isles - not behind the counter) I hadn't but I knew what I needed and they didn't want to sell it to me. She yelled out to another lady working and continued to humiliate me for about 5 minutes before I told her to stick it and I ended up going to a pharmacy around the corner no questions asked - they didn't feel the need to treat me like crap.
The second bad encounter with this place a male staff member approached to ask if I wanted help in the vitamin/supplement area I was searching. I told him I was looking for fenugreek, he asked why so I told him it was to stimulate milk supply and again, he was wary to give it to me, even ringing the hospital to make sure it was okay to give to breast feeding mothers (it is extremely common for BF mothers to take fenugreek sups). I don't need a damn doctor's approval to buy a herb! I can go into woolies next door and buy the whole seeds and brew a tea. This place is ridiculous and I would never recommend going here unless you absolutely have to. Even then, there's a midnight chemist in the city, or one open til 9 or 10pm in Para Hills I would go to before I buy anything from these incompetent fools again.
