Absolutely disgusting, money grabbing, and uncaring.
I am a disability pensioner, and am on a prescription required to be taken daily.
My husband went to collect my prescription, using this chemist for the first time.
He was charged $2.00 more than the usual price I have always been charged, at every other chemist I have been to in Adelaide, and Melbourne!
My husband was told he could have the generic brand for the usual price I get charged elsewhere.
As this medication is very important, he didn't want to risk getting the wrong medication.
So he reluctantly paid the extra $2.00.
It may 'only' be $2.00 to most people, but to us, on a very tight budget, it pays for a basic loaf of bread, or something else we 'need'!
For this chemist owner, it is money for jam.
In other words, money for nothing, just a greedy, selfish profit!
Multiply it by 50 customers and there's an extra $100 clear profit!
What a disgrace! Sadly, this type of selfish greed, is becoming the norm in the world we live in. WHY?
How much is enough, or is it just "more for me" attitude.
Sad, sad, sad!
I typically find, those with the least, give the most. Not just in terms of money.
I have never posted a negative comment on anything before, but I've had enough!
