I brought in a parcel that was a return for Amazon. An incredible unfriendly women "served" me. She was so rude. She ordered me to hold my mobile to the scanner. I struggled as I didnt understand what she wanted. However her tone was so strong that at some stage it slipped of me to say "Yes, mam". I told her that she is incredible unfriendly but she couldnt care less. I will not go back. Oddly enough my partner had told me before that she had been there to pick up some medication. She also had a really bad experience and said she is not going back.
