The pharmacist Michelle has terrible customer service, does not listen and degraded the customer.
Three generations of my family have been attending this pharmacy through the past and present owners. However, after the repeated way Michelle treats customers and my family, we will be looking for another pharmacy.
Francis is a wonderful pharmacist if you manage to get him you will leave happy. I have seen him be patient and understanding with his customers.
