I haven't recieved my photos yet but I'm being told I won't get them till next term. The photos were taken at the start of term. Absolutely ridiculous lead time. I'm moving school next year and will be telling the school (which will only open in 2019) NOT to use this company. The admin of the company said to me it takes 'a few weeks' ...
Unfortunately have to leave a poor rating. We did not find the order form in the bottom of 7 year Olds bag until 2 days after cut off for ordering. $30 late fee if we chose to order his Year 2 photos. For files online, a few days inadvertently late to order is a disgrace. I can afford the $30 late fee but choose not to order out of principal, for others desperate for their child's keepsake photo that extra fee might really be a problem. As a professional owning several businesses in Early Childhood Education and Care I would not be using MPS.
