Doesn't respond to messages, phone number invalid, refusing to issue a refund.
Not an isolated incident.
I stopped doing photography and closed my business at the end of last year. I sold all of my props. Cassandra Took over $1500 worth of props / lighting on the agreement that she would pay as part of a payment plan and that we would touch base weekly (if things were financially tough for her I would happily negotiate as I don’t like to see people struggling).
There were promises of making payments that never happened and now I’ve essentially been ghosted and haven’t received any money.
All my attempts at messages and phone calls have been ignored.
I don’t want to name and shame or post bad reviews etc as Cassandra could actually be struggling and I don’t know what’s going on ????????♀️ but this has caused issues in my marriage because of this and my husband wants me to seek legal advice.
I’m hoping Cassandra sees this post and engages with me - I’m pretty understanding. I think it’s best that the things took were returned and I’ll happily move on. I just want this to be over and enjoy time with my family and not waste any more time worrying over this anymore ????
