I don't understand why schools are using Fotomakers. They are a poor quality company. My kid's school (primary) uses them and their service is terrible. It is the 2nd time now that we have not received photos for one child. 1st time we paid online as it seemed a better idea than to send money to school. One of my kids haven't received their photos.
I got in touch with Fotomakers, they denied any wrongdoing and asked me to send proof that we paid. Fortunately I had a record online and sent it to them. They then sent the photos 2 weeks later.
Now we have the same issue, no photos for one child (this time we sent the money in the envelope) and I have no way of proving the money was paid. Their phone number doesn't work either. Fotomakers is a joke
