My son's new upright piano just came home today delivered by Rob, a wonderful and friendly man.
I am recommending anyone who wants to buy a piano to give APW a go because I am sure you will find something that will suit your or your child's need with the help of the knowledgeable and friendly staff they have. We were helped by Craig and I can't thank him enough for all his help while we were at the store. He played with almost all of the upright pianos to make sure that we could hear the quality of the sound and he got my son to play them as well. The whole process was very positive from start to finish and we are very happy indeed with our purchase especially my son!
Thank you APW!
We were looked after by Craig today who was amazing (they all seemed nice though). He played almost all the pianos for us so we could hear the difference between each one, and let our little one play too (it was for her) and seemed to enjoy it just as much as we did (he is a brilliant player). We left with lovely second hand upright and our little one is in love with it.
