Amazing, friendly, professional service from start to finish. Went in with some photos to get framed for a gift, they helped me work out a design, while taking a lot of care and time. Got a message saying it was ready a week later, so I went in. I noticed one of the photos was slightly out, less than a millimeter. They said come back in an hour and we’ll fix it straight away. No if’s or buts.
Couldn’t recommend enough, if you want a professional job and service! Thanks very much :)
Got me there under false pretences.
I emailed John my framing size and requirements and was given a price back in writing.
I took my print with the quote and was told that he heard the sizings incorrectly, even though I didn’t call and I had his written quote in hand.
There was no effort to honour their quote and John didn’t have the decency to face me and apologise for giving me a bogus quote and wasting my time going to his shop. I don’t live close so was a considerable amount of my time that could have been more positively spent.
This is all after they left me standing in the shop for at least 10 minutes unattended before appearing from out the back of the shop, even after I called out to them twice prior.
Do yourself a favour and don’t go there. You may have the same regrets as I do.
Thanks for your response to my review. No need for me to make up stories, simply sharing my experience so other unsuspecting customers don’t fall into the same trap.
Anywhere other than your shop would honour their error.
