About Scout Pilates + Yoga

Inclusive, accessible and fun. Scout Pilates + Yoga offers a community that is for everyone. Our speciality classes are dynamic, expertly led and accessible as a regular practice. We employ a variety of equipment and techniques in our classes to realign the body to make it feel balanced and strong. Expect detailed and individual direction from experienced instructors who focus on evidence-based functional movement. We team this with upbeat vibey music all in a beautiful bright warehouse space. Our classes include Reformer and mat Pilates, barre, yoga, parents + cubs and prenatal classes.
