Would leave a zero if I could.
Normally have no issues... tonight I bite into my pizza, and oh my... what is that stuck between my teeth??? Oh just a piece of string baked into the base!!
Ring them to let them know, and they offer to make us another pizza, nice yes, but we have already eaten most of the pizza by now. So I asked if we could have the free pizza next time we ordered. Nope!..... you can have a free garlic bread... yes a free garlic bread, nearly choked on string and you offer garlic bread.
Girl on the phone was lovely, manager however, could hear him snapping in the background.
Not hard to keep customers happy, I understand mistakes happen, but you should try to make it up to keep customers coming back!
